The Municipal Clerk serves as secretary to the governing
body, chair of elections and registrar of all births, deaths and marriages
within the Township. In addition, the Clerk handles licensing, road
opening permits, developer bond reductions, and a variety of other tasks.
All
dogs must be licensed within the Township. Licenses are valid for the
calendar year. Proof of rabies vaccination, valid through the month of October, must be provided as per state statute.
If spayed or neutered,please have that paperwork
available also.
The fee for spayed/neutered
dog is $6.00 or $9.00 if intact. After April 15th the fee is
$12.00 or $18.00 respectively.

When applying for a Marriage or Civil
Union license, please note:
License fee is $28.00 (cash or check only)
There is a 72 hour waiting period between filing your application and
receiving your license.
Upon receipt of your license it is valid for 30 days.
Please have available copies of any divorce decrees, if applicable.

Photo identification and social security numbers must be provided
